An intriguing specimen, with a tabular Herkimer Diamond peeking out of white calcite. Ivory-colored dolomite crystals surround the white calcite and sit in contact with the gray dolostone. This piece shows an unusual amount of calcium-carbonate crystals almost completely surrounding the quartz.
