RETURN POLICY
SECTION 1 – RETURN TIMEFRAME
We offer a 30‑day return window starting from the date you receive your item. To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number along with the reason for your return.
SECTION 2 – RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including all original packaging and materials. If you no longer have the original packaging, please notify us and we will provide alternative instructions.
SECTION 3 – RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee delivery of returned items.
SECTION 4 – ITEM CONDITION & VALUE
You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from damage during return shipping or from alterations to the item. All returned items must be repackaged securely using their original packaging materials.
SECTION 5 – REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our approval or rejection of the return. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures the fastest processing and accurate availability of stock.
