We currently only ship within the United States, but will be expanding soon. Please reach out with any questions.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 – PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

SECTION 2 – DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class/USPS Priority Mail): 3–7 business days after shipment.
    • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1–2 business days after shipment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

SECTION 3 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Not available at this point in time.

SECTION 4 – PACKAGING

Mineral specimens are fragile. We use padded boxes, bubble wrap, and cushioning material to protect items during transit. Each specimen is individually wrapped and labeled with handling instructions.

SECTION 5 – LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a package is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged items, retain all packaging and photographs of the damage, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

SECTION 6 – ADDRESS CHANGES

To change a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships. We cannot guarantee updates once fulfillment has begun.

SECTION 7 – COMBINED SHIPPING

Orders containing multiple items will be combined to minimize shipping costs whenever possible. If shipping weight exceeds carrier limits, orders may be split into multiple packages; we will cover any additional postage.
