A beautiful Herkimer Diamond cluster specimen featuring two distinct doubly-terminated crystals situated nearly parallel to each other. One of the crystals is a bit larger than the other, with both displaying excellent clarity. From one viewing side of the specimen, the faces of the crystals are flat and glassy with few minor contact blemishes. On the reverse, some interesting growth patterns are present, as well as a smooth conchoidal fracture surface on part of one face of the larger crystal. Collected in April 2025.
This specimen has been carefully reconstructed along the natural contact between the two crystals using Jeweler's Epoxy 330. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
