Fluorite

A classic specimen from Aouli, Morocco, featuring yellow cubic fluorite crystals perched atop a pink- and brown-speckled matrix. The fluorite crystals are somewhat rough in texture but retain good form and color, offering an attractive contrast against the mottled host rock. Pieces from Aouli remain popular among fluorite collectors, and this example represents a solid addition from a well-regarded locality.
