Actinolite

A striking actinolite crystal from Hastings County, Ontario, a region known for producing some of the finest examples of the species. This specimen exhibits a beautiful termination and excellent luster, with a well-formed, sharply defined crystal that exemplifies the quality associated with the locality. Some mounting adhesive residue, likely hot glue from a previous display, is present near the base but does not detract from the overall presentation.
