A fabulous Kelly Mine smithsonite! The luster is excellent, with shimmering microcrystals forming a large botryoid in the iconic blue color of this beloved locality. It has an almost luminous quality and sits up perfectly for display. Distinct, well-formed botryoids like this are quite limited on the market today. Though we don’t know precisely when it was mined, it most likely dates to before the 1980s based on its style.
