This specimen out of Mapimi, Mexico is loaded with lustrous, bright green-blue aurichalcite crystals complemented by glassy clear-white calcites on a limonite matrix. Once plentiful of the market in the 1980s, this colorful mineral has continually decreased in availability, making specimens like this one ever harder to come by. A lovely, well-balanced specimen with great matrix contrast and excellent mineralization!
