A beautifully clustered amethyst specimen composed of elongated crystals in a random arrangement, seated on a plate of sparkling quartz druse from the Chiredzi mining district, Zimbabwe. This is a more unique style for Zimbabwean amethyst, which more typically presents as single crystals or small groupings of just a couple crystals — here, the random clustering sets it apart. The crystals display light purple coloration and excellent luster, catching and reflecting light from all angles across the piece.
