A unique Herkimer Diamond with tabular form and very gemmy appearance. While tabular Herkimer Diamonds are not too uncommon, this one stands out from the others due to just how flattened it looks. It formed in a very narrow pocket, which likely influenced its intriguing growth. Contact indents along its glassy surfaces show where it grew attached to the host rock.
