A lovely little cluster of Herkimer Diamonds with excellent clarity and a vitreous luster. Mined in October of 2025 from what is known as the "gemmy layer," this cluster showcases the excellent quality that Herkimer Diamond quartz are known for. Small contact indents show where the crystal grow in contact with the host rock.
As typical for Herkimer Diamond clusters, the two crystals separated during the extraction process due to the hard nature of the host rock. The cluster has been reconstructed along the natural boundary between the two crystals.
