An attractive pairing of snowy white quartz druzy with metallic stibnite crystals extending in parallel growth along one side. Stibnite, the primary ore of antimony, crystallizes in low-temperature hydrothermal environments and is valued by collectors for its brilliant metallic luster, sharp striations, and complex crystal habits. While most stibnite mined in Hunan Province, China (a leading antimony producer) is processed for industrial antimony extraction, select well-formed specimens are preserved for the mineral collecting community.
