Stunning, high-grade Herkimer Diamond with incredible clarity and natural double terminated shape. Small contact indents show where the crystal grew in contact with the host rock, the Little Falls dolostone.
Collected by Jenna Thompson from site #2 at the Herkimer Diamond Mine in April 2025 from a particularly productive section of what is known as the "Gemmy Layer" within the Little Falls Dolostone formation.
