This colorful specimen is a testament to the beauty of Peruvian minerals. Fibrous needles of chrysocolla form a delicately intergrown layer, partially engulfing a quartz crystal in a vibrant turquoise-green blanket. Beside the primary quartz crystal site a funky tabby quartz, seemingly suspended between the tiny blades of chrysocolla. Immediately coating the quartz is a miniscule layer of glittery crystallization, giving added texture to the distinct faces. Overall a fantastic mineral specimen showcasing incredible color and intriguing habits.
