Quartz Var. Herkimer Diamond

A superb large cluster of Herkimer diamonds featuring 11 prominent crystals along with numerous smaller ones distributed across the piece. The crystals are exceptionally water-clear with brilliant luster, and the arrangement shows excellent balance and three-dimensional form. The primary crystals display sharp, well-defined faces with clean terminations, while smaller diamonds accent the composition, adding visual depth and complexity. As with most large Herkimer diamond clusters, this specimen has been carefully reconstructed along natural contacts from a 2024 pocket, with a few repairs made to stabilize the piece. The result is a showpiece-quality cluster of the type typically seen in museum displays—an outstanding addition to any advanced collection.
