Calcite

A interesting group of opaque calcite crystals with a chalky luster and nice arrangement. This specimen was recovered from a pocket in a quarry that spent many years submerged underwater, which left behind little amounts of green coloration from algae. A nice miniature sized specimen with a very different appearance than most Ohio calcites!
