Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.  Please contact us to initiate a return.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We ask that items are returned in their original packaging and shipping materials. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered. 

Item Condition

The item must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to damage during return shipping or any alterations made to the item. Crystals are fragile and can be easily damaged without  secure packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
